MA3 LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the MA3 mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

A. Information You Provide to Us
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and profile picture provided during registration.
- Driver Documentation: For drivers, we collect government-issued identification, driver's license photos (front and back), vehicle registration, and vehicle insurance documents.
- Vehicle Information: Make, model, year, type, size, seats, and license plate number.
- Payment Information: Payment method details, handled securely via our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Communications: Content of in-app chat messages between riders and drivers during active trips.
- Support Tickets: Information provided when you contact our support team regarding a trip or account issue.
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Location Data: We collect precise location data (GPS) from your mobile device.
- Riders: Location is collected when the App is open and in use to provide pickup suggestions and track active trips.
- Drivers: Location is collected when the App is open and when the driver is "Online" to find nearby requests and track active trips.
- Usage Data: Details of your App interactions, including trip history, search history, and timestamps.
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for various purposes:
- To Provide Services: Connecting riders and drivers, calculating fares, and facilitating payments.
- Safety and Security: Verifying driver identities, monitoring trip progress, and facilitating OTP (One-Time Password) verification at pickup.
- Communication: Enabling in-app chat and sending transaction-related notifications.
- Customer Support: Responding to inquiries and resolving disputes.
- Compliance: Verifying documents to ensure drivers meet legal and platform requirements.
- App Improvement: Analyzing usage patterns to enhance App performance and user experience.
3. Sharing Your Information
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Between Riders and Drivers: We share names, profile pictures, and real-time location during an active trip. Riders also see driver vehicle details and license plates.
- Service Providers: With third-party vendors who provide services such as payment processing (Stripe), mapping (Google Maps), and cloud hosting.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.
- Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, or acquisition.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet or mobile device is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Rights and Choices
- Access and Update: You can view and edit your profile information and vehicle details within the App settings.
- Location Permissions: You can enable or disable location services through your device settings. Note that disabling location will significantly limit the App's functionality.
- Account Deletion: You may request to delete your account and associated personal data at any time through the App settings. Once processed, this action is irreversible, and some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law (e.g., financial records).
- Push Notifications: You can opt-out of push notifications through your device settings.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. We also retain and use information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
7. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
